In the Utrecht neighbourhood of Oog in Al, a maker duo saw how much fruit and veg got rejected for exactly the wrong reasons: too crooked, too small, too irregular for the shelf. There was nothing wrong with the taste.

From that 'wonky' fruit and veg, Twisted Jams make jams you wouldn't immediately recognise as made from leftovers. Flavour comes first, sustainability follows naturally.
